Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the product has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately to avoid shipping fees and additional costs.

Cancellation After Dispatch

If the product has already been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the item, following our Refund Policy guidelines.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-cancellable Products

Some products or services may not be eligible for cancellation after an order is placed. This includes customized or personalized items, perishable goods, and certain household items where tampering or use is detectable. Please contact our support team for details on specific products.
